memory leak issue on android 5.0 and android 5.1 lollipop is going to fix

Android 5.1 memory leak issue is embarrassing its users as issue tracker of AOSP (ANDROID OPEN SOURCE PROJECT) reported.

From the end of last year, it is haunting many nexus devices like nexus 5 and nexus 6. Some users reported that it fill the memory and applications are crashing cause of it.

Google engineer's team is working on it and now they closed the issue on issue tracker as they're saying that it has fixed internally and they are trying to decide a date for public release.

Perhaps on update 5.1.1, this future release may come according to the status of the issue on issue tracker.
On nexus 5, it has become a serious problem as it causes applications to behave unexpectedly. Nexus 5 owners are reporting that it is consuming upto 1 gb of device memory.one user reported that when he is not able to run games properly as it restart automatically.

This problem was found on update 5.0 and  now update 5.1 is also cursed with it that rolled out last week.
Google is not answering any emails enquiring about cause of the problem and timeline of public release.

How can you check that you have also cursed with it

To check this bug on your device follow the instructions given below.

1)Check how much amount of ram your device is consuming.

2)If it is 1 gb or over it then check how many apps are running on your device.

3)now close most of them excluding important one and see if you ram consumption decreases.
If not then your device is cursed by memory leak issue.

What to do

The only thing you can do now is waiting for next update.until then, restart your mobile often to release your ram when app crash or mobile phone stop working
