There are three new features are given in 8.1 but most interesting feature is CORTANA.
Like apple's siri and google now,Cortana is an intelligent personal assistant on windows 8.1 and it has some amazing features. Yet it is in beta phase but its performance shows that it will do better than siri and google now in future.
Cortana has an amazing capability to do all jobs given including asking questions,commanding to make a call,navigation,talking,and many other things .
you can ask him to navigate the best hotel in newyork or remind you to make a call to jen when you get home. Cortana lets you set location,time and people based reminder.you can say it is the combination of other two virtual assistant.
Microsoft puts a lot of hard work in windows 8.1 and cortana to get desired results. I am a wp user so i hope cortana will rock when it ultimate version will be released
